We don't currently have any time limit on CRAU, so long as you abide by the opt-in rule it's totally fine wherever you pull it from.

Regarding transformation size it will start constricted but will expand over the course of the game as characters grow in power. At the start, the size limitations on a character's transformation will be a bit larger than a polar bear.
