1. Sure that would be fine! Since villains are weakened by withdrawal symptoms it makes sense that Eclipse's magic would seek out Sirius's in order to survive, so sharing power also works!

As for as AC requirements and apping Eclipse as a OU character after his stint as a villain, would the two of them be considered one character then?
