As for the Corsairs, clothes are hard to come by so a lot depends on where they are - Elysium folk tend to wear finer garments to serve their noble clients, Vault favors practical but drab clothing and Flotsam is very pirate-y for lack of a better term, eclectic, colorful and full of personality.
