1. Yes, we'll permit it but it'll still go toward the canon's primary limit and we'll ask the characters don't have major interactions with each other so as to prevent too many circumstances where the characters would need to interact.
2. Villains can be AU or OU, if they are OU they would be highly regarded Servants who have earned a degree of personal freedom due to their accomplishments. Basically all villains will start at the height of their power so they'll be able to get away with pretty much anything except opposing the Empire.
3. Our current Villain limit will be 5, and they'll all get to do a little evil council at the start of the month to figure out their plan to oppose the Crimson Corsairs. There will only be one villain per log though unless there aren't enough people to parcel out to each log in which case we might double up - we want to give as many people as possible the opportunity to get their butts kicked every mission.
4. Just to facilitate characters being able to integrate with the group, we generally assume a character escapes or is rescued and their intro is when they make it to/join the Crimson Corsairs. However, we could work with a circumstance where a character is still a servant but is assigned to Elysium and is able to make contact with and join the Crimson Corsairs in secret, this would be on a per-character basis but we can work something out.
5. For OU characters, Ether simply replaces the magic they're used to and should function nominally in the same way as the magic on their native world. When they enter Esthere, their bodies will naturally align with the physical laws of the world, so depending on the scale of power Sirius may find his capabilities diminished, but they should still feel "right".
6. Due to the way the world forces its physics upon the characters, his magic should be nominally acceptable, but you could retain some of its abnormality and still say it's straining the natural world - this would most likely color his relationship with any gods who would be keen to kick him off the world as soon as they can - not that anyone can do that before the Crimson Corsairs take the Servant's Gate.
